Trascampanas Rueda 2012

Variety: 100% Verdejo

Elaboration: Fermentation is made between 9.5 and 10° Cel. This lasts more than the usual 14 degrees, creating better structure and aromas.

Tasting Notes: Clean and bright with golden yellow and lemony hues. Fresh aromas of citrus and herb tea with excellent acidity and medium intensity. The creamy delicate body compliments the enveloping fragrance & mineral background.

Trascampanas Verdejo 2012

Variety: 100% Verdejo (Old vines)

Elaboration: Picked under moonlight, when the skin is more compressed, boosting the aromatic nature of this wine. Fermented between the temperatures of 9.5-10° Cel for better structure.

Tasting Notes: Straw-colored yellow with green tones and marked legs providing a hint of the wine's glyceric potential. Classic, powerful varietal aromas of green grass, minerals and citrus fruit.
